Florida’s Space Coast
Florida’s Space Coast was looking to revamp their evergreen campaign and transform it to something profound and emotionally resonating. I decided that it needed a personality. An Icon. Something to represent its enriched history, diverse offerings and that it IS a premiere travel destination in Florida.
Working with the Visit Space Coast team, we developed an ongoing marketing campaign that spanend both traditional and digital touch points, connected the dots across multiple touchpoints and this the Starman was born.
Out of this World
The concept was use Starman as a vehicle to drive awareness, by simply making him unassuming. He took part in everyday events, places, restaurants and attractions - as if he was the everyday goer.
Florida Pro Surf Contest
Riding high off the success of the Starman campaign. I again partnered with the Space Coast Office of Tourism to elevate their annual surf competition to the next level. The task was a full rebrand of the event, including brand identity, competition wear, merchandise, traditional and digital marketing, competitor awards and fan giveaways. At the center of the event, was their iconic pavilion where we designed the full graphic wrap which become one of the most engaging elements of the competition and campaign.
