In 2021, Intel celebrated forty-five years of opening its first chip manufacturing plant in Aloha, Oregon. In Oregon and across the world, Intel has established a legacy of innovative manufacturing that lives on to this day. Marking the occasion we took players on that trail to Oregon.
Software as Inspiration
Paying homage to a popular 80s piece of software and it’s gameplay, Intel’s quest was to create a celebration of this company milestone in a super fun, retro and informational way. Celebrating everything that happened in those 45 years
Retro Platformer
Every level, every scene, and element was masterfully created by hand, in 8-bit art style. Carefully made to feel like it belonged to and was built in the 80s. Resolution and UI included, to maintain the charm.
